Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support development and implementation of learning programs that enhance employee competencies and performance, aligning with organizational goals.

You will conduct training needs analyses, develop materials and workshops, facilitate sessions, support IDPs and performance initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and monitor training effectiveness with reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, education or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant L&D, Training or HR experience.
• Knowledge of TNA, employee development, and training evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coordination and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS or LMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps and development needs.
• Develop and coordinate training programs, learning materials, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions, orientations, and other learning activities.
• Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs), career development programs, and performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads, internal stakeholders, and external training providers.
• Monitor training effectiveness, maintain learning records, and prepare training reports and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning programs and promote a culture of continuous learning.
