Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Learning & Development Officer who will partner with business leaders and HR partners to identify capability gaps, design development programs, and ensure employees have the right capabilities to support growth.

The role involves creating annual learning plans, coordinating with internal experts and external trainers, evaluating programs, and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organization. Hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with experience in L&D.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development or HR focusing on training.
• Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation, and program evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Human Resources with a strong focus on training and employee development.
• Hands-on experience in training needs analysis, curriculum or program development, facilitation, learning evaluation, and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working with external training vendors or shared services is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
