Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design and implement programs that boost employee skills and performance in the Philippines. You will analyze training needs, develop materials, deliver sessions, and support Individual Development Plans and performance initiatives.

You will coordinate with department heads, track learning metrics, and promote a culture of continuous development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Education or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning and Development, Training or HR.
• Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, employee development, and training evaluation.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coordination and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or LMS is an advantage.
