HGS is seeking a Training and Development professional to conduct needs analyses and deliver modules based on identified gaps. You will partner with Business Excellence & Operations and oversee training agendas, including re-trainings and refreshers for NH classes.

Ideal candidates have a college degree in Management, Marketing, or Psychology and at least two years in a Training Department, preferably in a call center. Onsite work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City is required.

Formación

• College degree in the specified fields.
• Two or more years in Training Department as Trainer or Communication Coach in a call center is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts training needs analysis and assessments (individual, group, organizational).
• Partners with Business Excellence & Operations to deliver modules from TNA findings.
• Oversees Training Agenda implementation and refresher trainings for NH classes.
• Collaborates with Operations to assess learner performance within 90 days after certification and address gaps.
• Plans, organizes and directs Training Specialists according to schedules.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to unit transactions; liaises with other groups.
• Oversees incentive programs during training periods to keep trainees engaged.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Completes admin functions like scheduling, addressing disciplinary issues, and inventory tracking.
• Administers and grades observation forms and checklists for new hires and uptraining.
• Attends training meetings and expands knowledge through seminars.
• Participates in Hiring with Operations/HR and tracks 30-60-90 day performance; partners with HR on corrective actions.
• Participates in company projects like curriculum updates and training materials; attends weekly reviews.
