Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Trainer to lead Training and Development initiatives within our call center teams. You will design and deliver programs, assess needs, and partner with Business Excellence to implement modules.

Onsite work at Bridgetowne, Quezon City is required; weekend or graveyard shifts may be needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations to close performance gaps within 90 days after certification and to manage schedules and training

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Management, Marketing, or Psychology.
2+ years in Training/Trainer or Communication Coach in a call center is a plus.
Weekend or graveyard work may be required.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

Conducts individual, group, and organization-based Training and Development Needs analyses and assessments.
Partners with Business Excellence & Operations to deliver modules based on identified training needs.
Oversees implementation of Training Agenda and retraining/refreshers as identified through TNA.
Collaborates with Operations to address learner performance up to 90 days after certification.
Plans and directs tasks of Training Specialists according to class projections.
Responds to inquiries and resolves issues related to unit transactions; liaises with other constituencies.
Oversees incentive programs during training periods to keep trainees engaged.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
