Qualifications

• College degree in Management, Marketing, or Psychology.
• With at least two years in Training Department as a Trainer or Communication Coach in a call center is a plus.
• May require weekend or graveyard work.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual, group, and organization-based Training Needs Analysis and assessments.
• Delivers modules based on Training Needs Analysis in partnership with Business Excellence & Operations.
• Oversees implementation of Training Agenda and re-trainings as identified through TNA.
• Monitors learner performance up to 90 days after certification and supports interventions for gaps.
• Organizes tasks of Training Specialists and coordinates schedules.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves operational issues; liaises with other teams.
• Oversees incentive programs during training to keep trainees engaged.
