Qualifications

• 4 Yr. degree - BS/BA or 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• 90% / C1 proficiency in languages.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in training delivery and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise trainers in onboarding and ongoing learning modules.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
• Manage training schedules, venues/logistics, and resource allocation.
• Track learning metrics and ROI; oversee LMS administration and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate program strategies into actionable learning solutions.
