Job summary

DIS Tech | a Technoprobe company is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs. You will partner with business leaders and the Global L&D team to identify needs, create engaging experiences, and support high-performing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, education, organizational development, business administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Coaching, or Instructional Design are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business leaders and department managers.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain the annual learning and development plan.
• Coordinate learning programs that support technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development.
• Review learning priorities regularly to ensure they remain relevant to business needs.
• Facilitate onboarding, professional, behavioral, technical, and leadership-related learning programs.
• Deliver both classroom and virtual learning sessions using effective adult learning techniques.
• Design learning materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant resources.
• Continuously improve facilitation techniques based on learner feedback and business needs.
• Coordinate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with employees and managers.
• Support Talent Review activities by tracking development actions and learning progress.
• Assist in implementing development programs for emerging leaders and high-potential employees.
• Promote a culture where employees take ownership of their learning and career growth.
• Evaluate learning programs through participant feedback, assessments, and manager input.
• Monitor learning participation, completion, and development progress.
• Share local feedback and insights to help improve global learning initiatives.
• Champion learning experiences that reinforce DIS values, leadership expectations, and organizational culture.
• Explore new learning methods, technologies, and digital tools that enhance the learner experience.
• Recommend improvements to learning programs, processes, and resources.
• Support HR initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and employee experience.
