The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives that support business objectives and employee growth. This role partners with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and implement learning programs, including onboarding, functional, leadership, and professional skills training.
- Create and maintain learning pathways, competency frameworks, and career development programs.
Training Design & Delivery
- Develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content and materials.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
Performance & Capability Development
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development support to leaders and employees.
- Drive knowledge management and best-practice sharing across the organization.
Learning Analytics & Reporting
- Track training participation, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Evaluate learning outcomes using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and operations teams to align learning initiatives with business needs.
- Manage external training providers, consultants, and training budgets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and organizational training requirements.

Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2yrs in college
- At least 2yrs exp in a people manager role
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
- Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.), and LMS platforms.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
