We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (Technical Enablement) to join our team and design, develop, and deliver hands‑on technical learning programs for Sales, Pre‑Sales, Technical, and Service Delivery teams. You’ll help new hires ramp up faster, empower employees with deep technical knowledge, and support the long‑term success of our technical teams.

What You’ll Do
- Design & Deliver Programs: Lead technical onboarding, role‑based bootcamps (including our Tech Sales Bootcamp), and skills workshops that help employees hit the ground running.
- Turn Knowledge into Learning Assets: Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging guides, playbooks, labs, and e‑learning content that can be used over and over.
- Hands‑On Labs & Workshops: Build and run interactive labs using tools like Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE‑NG, and Cisco dCloud.
- Validate & Measure Learning: Use assessments, rubrics, and simulations to ensure employees are confident and ready to apply their skills.
- Support Long‑Term Enablement: Mentor team members through a train‑the‑trainer approach to ensure sustainability and consistency across L&D programs.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends in technical enablement, instructional design, and learning technologies to continuously improve our programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in Learning & Development, technical enablement, pre‑sales, technical training, or service delivery.
- Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in‑person sessions.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
- Hands‑on experience with technical lab/simulation tools (Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE‑NG, Cisco Cloud, or equivalents).
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (ADDIE) and adult learning principles.
- Organized, process‑driven, and passionate about developing people.
