Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced Learning & Development specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs across agents and internal teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will lead material creation, facilitate sessions, assess impact with metrics, and collaborate with internal and external partners to align with People Development Plans and business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in learning & development, training design, or analytics-focused training roles.
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse audiences, including BPO agents and internal account managers.
• Exposure to workforce, operational, or performance analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in fast paced / high volume industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Responsibilities

• Drives adoption of processes, systems, and best practices by designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources for learning continuity.
• Facilitates engaging training sessions across various stakeholder groups.
• Assesses training effectiveness and competency achievement using evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Identifies skill gaps and training needs through analysis, consultations, and competency assessments.
• Collaborates with internal teams, external consultants, and vendor partners to ensure training programs are aligned with L&D frameworks and business objectives.
• Supports implementation of People Development Plans and other learning initiatives for internal clients.
• Applies coaching techniques to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
• Manages multiple L&D projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of initiatives.
