Job summary

Beyond is a global technology group seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes that support our people and the wider business. You will create engaging sessions, coach individuals and teams, and use data to shape our learning strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, facilitating, and developing training programmes across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
• Natural coach and mentor focused on employee growth and career development.
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align learning initiatives with organisational goals through strategic planning.
• Experience applying gamification to increase engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and engaging training workshops, both virtual and in-person, covering soft skills and core systems.
• Create long-term strategies for employee development and organisational growth aligned with business goals.
• Perform training needs analyses with regional partners to improve performance.
• Deliver coaching and development programs to senior leaders to drive change and impact.
• Keep content up-to-date with latest training trends and ensure a consistent approach across the organisation.
