Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton Philippines is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and implementation of learning and talent development programs. The role emphasizes end-to-end training processes, 70-20-10 learning, and leveraging learning technology to enhance knowledge capability.

You will collaborate with divisional learning coordinators, manage schedules and reports, and design courses for face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning formats, contributing to Firm-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 3 years of overall experience, including 1 year in learning and talent development
• Experience assisting with business training, professional development, research and workshops
• Facilitation and presentation experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with learning coordinators to implement programs
• Coordinate with internal resource speakers and division training coordinators
• Develop visual and multimedia learning assets using Canva and video tools
• Prepare attendance summaries, evaluations, and CPD status reports
• Design and deliver ILT, online, and on-demand courses as assigned
• Manage learning projects and collaborate with divisions and stakeholders
• Update learning intranet and content related to development programs
• Support end-to-end learning process from needs assessment to evaluation
