Job summary

CGI (PHILIPPINES) INC. seeks a Learning and Development Learning Consultant in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role designs, delivers and evaluates learning programs to develop employees and support strategic objectives.

You will work closely with managers to identify needs, craft technology-focused curricula, and measure impact with analytics. The role requires experience in tech training and a strong business mindset.

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of Learning & Development concepts and best practices.
Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with a commitment to quality.
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
Good business acumen and ability to map business processes to people impact.
Awareness of AI technologies and their application to learning and development.

Responsibilities

Analyze learning needs and qualify technology upskilling requests.
Design, develop, and implement learning solutions in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with managers to build measurable L&D programs and partnerships.
Define measurement strategies linking programs to tangible benefits/ROI.
Identify third-party providers for technology learning products and manage vendors.
