• Manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics .
• Manage the recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre-employment documents and pre-employment medical exams.
• Mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.
• Acting as a consultant to new employees.
• Creating and updating our employee handbook.
