About the job HR Onboarding Manager-Taguig

TASQ is seeking an HR Onboarding Manager to start work as soon as possible. The initial pre‑screening interview will be conducted via phone.

Key Responsibilities

This role will manage the onboarding team, accountable for reports and analytics, recruitment partners' contract renewals, risk and compliance management for pre‑employment documents and pre‑employment medical exams aligned to the company's standards, mandated by the government and client requirement and govern internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related course
• 8 to 10 years of end-to-end BPO recruitment experience
• Minimum of 4 years experience handling BPO recruitment on-boarding with more than 5 years leadership experience
• Proven background in recruitment analytics, reporting and risk and compliance management
• Amenable to work onsite full-time in our BGC, Taguig office
• Amendable to work on Graveyard Shift
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when business demands
• Non negotiable - audit and compliance experience and willingness to work graveyard shift
• Hiring manager leans more towards onboarding and compliance specific background that is focused on a per tower type of org chart
