Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the onboarding team, ensuring accurate reports and analytics.
• Manage contract renewals with recruitment partners.
• Ensure risk and compliance management for pre-employment documentation and medical exams in accordance with company standards, government regulations, and client requirements.
• Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Over 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, along with over 5 years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk & compliance management.
• Willing to work onsite full-time at our BGC, Taguig office.
• Flexible to work during graveyard shifts.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
