Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Home Care Scheduler with AxisCare expertise to support daily scheduling, coordinate caregiver availability, and handle client inquiries. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AxisCare scheduling software experience.
• Basic office, computer, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, telephone, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English clearly and professionally.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with office staff and work as part of a team.
• Availability to handle on-call responsibilities outside normal office hours as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, take inquiries or messages, and respond in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Manage scheduling-related requests during assigned business hours.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients to evaluate service requests, scheduling needs, and urgent concerns.
• Fill open shifts by coordinating with caregivers based on availability, qualifications, and client requirements.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all caregiver and client calls.
• Listen to client concerns regarding schedule changes, caregiver preferences, or service feedback, and make appropriate adjustments.
• Schedule and coordinate day-to-day caregiver assignments with clients.
• Document all calls, requests, updates, and actions accurately in the system.
• Communicate in real time with office personnel to support team coordination.
• Assist with client intakes during business and non-business hours as needed.
• Maintain complete and current records related to scheduling activity and caregiver communication.
• Contribute as a dependable team member within the office environment.
