Job summary

The Boss System is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to support U.S. Homecare operations from Angeles City, Pampanga. This hybrid role starts with remote work for 1–2 months and shifts to onsite/hybrid as needed, with a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities include managing caregiver schedules, matching caregivers to clients, and addressing coverage gaps. Strong English communication and WellSky proficiency are required for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in U.S. Homecare staffing, scheduling, or operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of caregiver scheduling, caregiver-client matching, shift coverage, and staffing coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with WellSky is required; familiarity with WellSky Personal Care and/or CareInsights is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing caregiver call‑offs, open shifts, replacements, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver schedules based on client care needs, caregiver availability, location, and qualifications.
• Match qualified caregivers with clients to ensure coverage and reliability.
• Monitor daily staffing and address call-offs, open shifts, conflicts, last-minute changes, and gaps.
• Coordinate replacements and schedule adjustments to maintain continuity of care.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly with caregivers, clients, families, and care teams.
