Ideal candidates have 1+ year in healthcare scheduling, strong English, and experience with scheduling software such as WellSky or AxisCare. Must be able to work remote with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare scheduling or similar role.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare or home care clients.
• Experience coordinating caregiver schedules and replacements.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to maintain patient coverage.
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes.
• Fill open shifts and coordinate replacements.
• Communicate scheduling updates with caregivers, patients, clients, and teams.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce data.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and staffing issues.
• Track staffing and attendance to support daily operations.
