• 3+ years experience in scheduling/dispatch or similar operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill open caregiver shifts based on client needs and availability.
• Manage same-day call-offs and urgent schedule changes.
• Coordinate with care managers on client needs and service continuity.
• Communicate scheduling concerns with caregivers, clients, seniors, and families.
• Use WellSky to support caregiver-to-client matching and staffing decisions.
• Maintain accurate schedule records and handoffs between shifts.
• Escalate urgent staffing issues to supervisors.
• Support smooth shift transitions and updates to next shift.
• Contribute to schedule stability and service quality.
