ClearDesk is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver schedules organized for a US-based client. You will coordinate shifts, communicate changes, and support both caregivers and clients to ensure reliable, compassionate care from home.

The role emphasizes proactive scheduling, effective communication, and collaboration with the operations team to maintain smooth staffing and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for healthcare or home care is preferred.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with remote communication tools and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and reschedule replacements.
• Answer calls from clients and caregivers via VoIP.
• Update case notes and records in WellSky after training.
• Flag issues with ops to keep staffing smooth and reliable.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports for leadership.
