Qualifications

• 1–2 years in scheduling coordination in home care or healthcare.
• Strong English communication via phone, text, and email.
• Fast, accurate data entry and careful record keeping.
• Ability to juggle tasks and stay organized under time pressure.
• Basic understanding of HIPAA/privacy and confidentiality.
• Willing to work US business hours; occasional evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily/weekly caregiver/client schedules.
• Fill shifts quickly by contacting caregivers via call/text.
• Match caregivers by skills, availability, location, and pay rates.
• Monitor call-outs and no-shows; arrange coverage and notify stakeholders.
• Confirm starts, changes, and cancellations with clients/caregivers.
• Update profiles, care plans, and visit notes in scheduling system.
• Track EVV/clock-ins; resolve issues before billing/payroll.
• Forecast coverage with recruiters; escalate risks early.
• Provide end-of-day/week coverage reports and metrics.
• Support after-hours/on-call rotation for urgent changes.
