Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters accurate and responsive. You will coordinate shifts, communicate changes, and support both caregivers and seniors across the US client teams from a home-based role.

You should be calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable with WellSky and VoIP systems. This position requires availability aligned to a US schedule and the ability to secure a reliable tech setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home care.
• Calm under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems on the fly and adapt to changing needs.
• Comfort with software systems and remote communication tools.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and able to work in a US time zone schedule.
• Ability to secure and set up required tech (camera, headset, internet, backup devices).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly when shifts are canceled or a caregiver doesn’t clock in.
• Answer client and caregiver calls using the VoIP system.
• Update records in WellSky and other systems as trained.
• Collaborate with the operations team to flag issues and maintain staffing.
• Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers.
• Generate weekly reports and keep leadership informed.
