Ideal candidates have 1+ years in the BPO field, experience in SaaS or tech sales, and strong English communication. This role offers growth opportunities, HMO, and a 13th month pay in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of BPO industry experience.
• Experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, or SaaS sales.
• SaaS/tech company experience preferred.
• Familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to help drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential B2B clients for our CRM/SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify potential corporate clients
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, calls, and other channels
• Schedule and conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Accurately update and manage lead and customer information in CRM platforms

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the BPO Industry
• Experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development (SDR), or Software/SaaS Sales
• Previous experience working in a SaaS or technology company is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Experience using lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with international clients
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and sales skills
