Job summary

CyTech International - AQUILA C4I is seeking a results-focused professional to join our on-site team in the Philippines. You will research target companies and decision-makers, build and enrich CRM prospects, and run LinkedIn and email warm-up sequences to book qualified meetings for our sales team.

The role requires 0-2 years in lead-generation, VA, or research, strong English, and comfort with spreadsheets and CRM tools. This is a full-time on-site position based in Cagayan de Oro.

We're building a small demand-generation team in our Cagayan de Oro office to research and open conversations with companies across the US, Canada, and emerging markets. This is a research and outreach role - not cold-calling and not sales closing. You make our sales team's job easier by finding the right companies and warming them up.
