Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Supervisor to manage a high-performing outbound team that books qualified meetings with US decision-makers. You will supervise callers, monitor performance, coach the team, handle escalations, and ensure consistent meeting bookings.

We provide scripts, data, a dialer with US numbers, and ongoing coaching. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of B2B cold calling on US accounts, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience on US accounts.
• Previous experience supervising, coaching, or leading an outbound sales / lead generation team.
• Strong understanding of US B2B cold calling, objection handling, and appointment setting.
• Strong, clear, professional spoken English suitable for US prospects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of outbound B2B lead generators conducting high-volume cold calling to US prospects.
• Monitor daily calling activity, performance, and meeting-booking results.
• Ensure team members consistently follow provided scripts and talk tracks.
• Coach team members on objection handling, communication, and appointment-setting techniques.
• Review calls and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Track team KPIs and identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Hold team members accountable for activity, quality, and meeting targets.
• Review booked meetings to ensure they meet qualification requirements.
• Ensure all call outcomes and meeting details are logged accurately in the CRM.
• Attend brief daily check-ins with the US team and provide performance updates.
