Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 2-4 years in sales/telesales/inside sales or related customer-facing role
• 1-2 years in a Sales Team Leader/Manager role in a BPO or contact center

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives supporting US-based customers and business accounts.
• Set clear performance expectations and communicate sales goals, policies, and client requirements.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with regular feedback.
• Promote accountability and a performance-focused culture; manage attendance and schedule adherence.
• Drive achievement of sales targets and monitor performance using KPIs and reports.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve lead conversion, upselling, and customer acquisition.
• Oversee lead generation, verification, and CRM record accuracy; ensure data quality.
