You will engage prospects, score leads, and document interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring a smooth handoff to the field. In this role you will collaborate with marketing and sales, optimize outreach templates, and monitor KPIs like conversion rates and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a similar outbound role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software, email outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality, high energy, resilience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical ability to track metrics and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make pre-event calls to secure RSVP for signature events.
• Qualify leads using BANT or similar framework and score before passing to sales.
• Document all interactions and qualification details in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Coordinate handoffs of qualified leads to sales teams.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Track KPIs such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Test and iterate outreach templates and subject lines to improve performance.
