Lean Solutions Group in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support demand generation, lead management, event marketing, and marketing operations. You will execute campaigns across digital platforms, manage audience lists, QA landing pages, and maintain CRM data hygiene.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, demand generation, sales operations, or marketing coordination.
• Strong organizational, planning, and written/verbal English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage marketing campaigns across platforms (Demandbase, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Pardot).
• Validate audiences against ICP; support SDR outreach and lead routing.
• QA landing pages, forms, tracking links, and assets before launch.
• Track campaign performance and maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Maintain master campaign calendar and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Extract and manage target prospect and account lists for campaigns.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene with deduplication and membership tracking.
• Assist with lead tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Provide data-driven targeting support to SDRs.
