Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics engineering or related field required.
PRC-licensed Professional Engineer required.
6-8 years of relevant experience in engineering, business development, project development or related field.
Strong technical research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent report writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of engineering design software is an advantage.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives for industrial and engineering solutions.
Conduct technical research, market analysis and pre-feasibility studies.
Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of potential projects and provide recommendations.
Prepare technical proposals, feasibility studies, reports and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, partners and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.
Support development of new business opportunities through technical solutions.
Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Perform other engineering and business development duties as assigned.
