Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Lead Developer to guide a development team, provide technical direction, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions and translate business requirements into scalable applications. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, governance, and performance across related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years as Lead Developer; 2–3 years in Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI.
• Experience with Azure services, REST APIs and custom connectors, SharePoint and M365 integrations.
• Experience with ALM and DevOps practices.
• Strong security, governance, and compliance understanding in Power Platform.
• Proven leadership: leading technical teams, code reviews, mentoring.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing code, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment for the team.
• Lead design and development of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Oversee the development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and environment management strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and applications design.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security and governance compliance.
• Analyze and optimize performance of related applications and infrastructure.
• Champion coding best practices, automated testing and continuous integration.
• Work with product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
