Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5 years of working experience in Engineering, Marketing or Sales in a technology company.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual ability highly preferable.
• Fast, responsible and willing to take up new challenges.
• Not afraid of cold calling.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities with internal and external parties.
• Provide operational support for new projects assigned by Supervisor and NAM Team.
• Support Sales in identifying and driving new initiatives in digging new leads for following up and nurturing.
• Perform market research to identify new leads base on focus initiatives.
• Use of different platforms to dig out potential customers’ contacts for outbound calls/emails promotion.
• Draft the promotion contents and use collaterals to generate customers interests to AE’s solutions.
• Proceed on cold outreach (phone and emails) to turn the Unqualified Leads to Qualified Leads.
• Dashboard creation to show the leads generation projects status and result.
• Assist in defining and driving sales plans to achieve the sales goals and maximize business development opportunities.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
