Job summary

EEI Power in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in the construction sector. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and lead proposals and tenders for infrastructure projects.

You will build relationships with clients, JV partners, and government agencies, collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams, and represent the company at industry events to secure long-term project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of business development in construction/engineering.
• Proven track record securing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of bidding, procurement, and financing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth.
• Identify new project opportunities and partnerships with clients, JV partners, and government agencies.
• Lead proposal, bid, and tender preparation for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for long-term success.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance to align strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Monitor project pipelines and report to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
