Qualifications

• Excellent report writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Business Development to lead technical business development initiatives for an established engineering and industrial solutions.

The role combines engineering expertise, business development, technical research, project evaluation, and feasibility studies to identify and develop viable business opportunities involving industrial and energy-related engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for various industrial and engineering solutions, including power generation, energy efficiency, thermal systems, and other specialized engineering solutions.

• Conduct technical research, market analysis, and pre-feasibility studies to identify business opportunities and assess project viability.

• Evaluate the technical and commercial aspects of potential projects and provide recommendations based on research and analysis.

• Prepare technical proposals, feasibility studies, reports, presentations, and project recommendations.

• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, technology partners, principals, and other external stakeholders throughout project development.

• Provide technical support, product knowledge, and presentations to clients and internal teams.

• Support the development of new business opportunities through technical solutions, project evaluation, and market development.

• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Perform other engineering and business development-related duties as assigned.
