Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage orders from receipt to billing across Mexico and selected LATAM markets.

You will validate orders, create SAP sales orders, and resolve issues with Commercial, Master Data, and 3PL partners to ensure timely commitments. You will follow up on open orders, support billing and returns, and maintain accurate customer data while communicating statuses to stakeholders in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• 2–4 years in Customer Operations, Order Management, or related.
• Experience processing B2B orders and billing exceptions.
• Knowledge of SAP and EDI, preferably SAP SD.
• Experience with department stores, wholesale, e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Strong Excel skills for data validation, pivots, lookups.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English; able to collaborate.
• Experience in fashion, watches, luxury or high‑value goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate purchase orders via EDI, email, portals; manage Mexico and LATAM.
• Create and maintain SAP sales orders with complete audit trail.
• Monitor open orders and prioritize by SLA, delivery date and inventory.
• Coordinate issues with Commercial, Master Data, and 3PL for timely resolution.
• Support billing, returns, and consignment processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Validate master data and ensure correct order release and documentation.
• Provide accurate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of open items, aging, and financial exposure.
