Job summary

Base is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation for customers in Mexico. You will drive end-to-end setup, ensuring a fully functional system and quick time-to-value for clients.

You will work with customers, internal teams, and partners to streamline processes, improve onboarding, and activate new accounts, with emphasis on efficiency and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success at a SaaS company.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces; Mexico experience a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on efficiency and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Base customers.
• Guide customers through system setup to ensure full functionality quickly.
• Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase.
• Develop, document, and optimize implementation processes to reduce go-live time.
• Support customers integrating Base with Mexican e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and resolve them.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Educate customers on best practices to maximize platform value.
