Maersk Global Service Centres in Pasig is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate end-to-end dispatch and liaise with customers, carriers, and terminals. The role focuses on delivering timely service, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records across global operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service or shipping operations, with fluency in Spanish and English, and is prepared to work onsite in Pasig City across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO, or Shipping industry (voice/non-voice).
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City, any shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge networks with timely execution.
• Interact daily with customers, carriers, terminal operators, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipments and container movements, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service commitments through planning, communication, and exception management.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience by addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
• Maintain accurate records, system updates, and documentation for visibility and compliance.
• Oversee accessorial costs, equipment utilization, and related approvals to improve efficiency.
• Foster strong partnerships and support cross-functional goals and vendor performance.
