Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch operations across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Manage vendor/dispute resolutions and exception handling to protect service levels.
• Act as POC for the team and coordinate with customers, carriers, and terminals to ensure timely delivery.
