You will manage interactions with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in Customer Service or shipping, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to work onsite in Pasig with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifikationen
