Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge networks. You will manage interactions with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in Customer Service or shipping, fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to work onsite in Pasig with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO, or Shipping Industry (voice/non-voice).
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City with a full mid shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end container dispatch across truck, rail, and barge networks.
• Interact with customers, carriers, terminal operators, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor shipment and container movements and drive timely corrective actions.
• Ensure customer service commitments through planning, communication and exception management.
• Deliver a customer-centric experience by addressing inquiries and managing expectations.
