Job summary

Global Staff Connections is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs. You will work with the L&D team to manage logistics, maintain learning records, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• CLDP and/or CHRA certification is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3 years of administrative or Learning & Development experience.
• Experience as an administrator of LMS (Workday and LCvista) with course creation, user activity, and reporting.
• Experience with webinar/virtual training platforms and instructor training.
• Content development skills for training materials and digital assets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related apps.
• Willing to work in hybrid setup and night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning initiatives using Workday Learning and LCvista to create, manage, and monitor educational programs.
• Develop and maintain annual curriculum calendar in collaboration with teams.
• Analyze training feedback, maintain records, and track attendance.
• Support logistics for live and virtual events, including room setup and instructor support.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, instructors, and vendors regarding operations.
• Assist with webinar platform training, develop user guides, and communicate timelines and policies.
• Create, edit, and post course materials and digital learning resources.
• Provide production and technical support for training sessions.
• Promote learning opportunities via Workday, intranet, email, and other channels.
• Maintain Monday.com boards and stay updated with learning tech and platforms.
• Validate CPE credits per NASBA standards and maintain attendance/compliance records.
• Support educational initiatives, events, and special projects.
