Job summary

KCC Malls is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support planning, administration and logistics of employee training programs. The role involves coordinating schedules, resources and partnerships to ensure smooth delivery and effective outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, leaders, participants and external partners to drive post‑training evaluation and continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Education, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and LMS.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
