Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support planning, coordination, and execution of employee training and development initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in training administration, content creation, and learning program support while contributing to the organization’s culture of growth. Responsibilities include organizing training records, tracking participation, and assisting with eLearning modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Willing to learn and support training operations.

Responsibilities

• Support training administration and documentation using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions, trainings, and events.
• Create and improve training materials and learning content (presentations, templates, modules).
• Assist in researching training tools, platforms, and trends and improve processes.
