Job summary

DSV Road GmbH seeks a Training Specialist to provide learning administration and specialist support across two focus areas: global Leadership Development programs and LMS administration. You will act as a first point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders, helping deliver programs and manage participant administration.

You will coordinate with global and regional P&O and IT teams, maintain LMS hubs, and troubleshoot system issues while ensuring data protection and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning, Training, or HR with LMS and document management tools.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SharePoint and ServiceNow.
• Excellent English and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level LMS and leadership program support.
• Coordinate planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of global learning programs.
• Vendor coordination and liaison with global/regional stakeholders.
• Maintain LMS hubs and troubleshoot system issues; ensure data protection compliance.
