Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Manila is seeking a customer support professional who can communicate fluently in Khmer and English to assist customers across phone, chat, and email channels.

You will handle account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and product information, delivering accurate information and a positive customer experience while complying with company systems and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in Khmer.
• Use Khmer in a professional environment.
• Understand complex conversations including implied meanings.
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English.
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified in the table.
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (02C) process is highly preferred but not required.
• Candidate must be able to work on PH and with a valid working VISA.
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Khmer Language
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
• Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
