Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking fluent Khmer-speaking professionals to join a dynamic customer support team. This role requires excellent communication skills in Khmer and a working knowledge of English, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent and spontaneous verbal communication in Khmer (Cambodian).
• Ability to understand and communicate complex conversations, including implied meanings.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Must possess a valid work visa/right to work in the Philippines.
• Previous collections experience.
• Experience with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Experience using Khmer in a professional or business environment.
