Qualifications

• Thai language fluency for customer interactions.
• Strong command of English for training and systems.
• Experience in BPO is welcome but not required.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes is a plus.
• Experience with collections is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email or other channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Thai language.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests and billing concerns.
• Resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate clearly across cultures and backgrounds.
• Document interactions accurately using company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
• Perform other duties to support business and operations.
