Job Summary

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts for Lotto system deployment, gaming terminals, and related services provided to PCSO-accredited outlets and partners. The role focuses on account profitability, service-level delivery, operational excellence, and strict compliance with PCSO regulations and gaming standards.

Key Account Management

• Manage assigned key accounts such as but not limited to Mercury Drug, Petron, 7/11, Dali, Shell, Caltex, Puregold, SM Malls, Robinsons Retail, Generica and others including Lotto outlet operators and institutional partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and PCSO representatives.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive account servicing and issue resolution.

Sales Growth & Account Expansion

• Identify opportunities for terminal deployment, outlet expansion, and value-added services.
• Develop account plans to drive volume, revenue, and long-term partnerships.
• Support negotiations, contract renewals, and service-level agreements.

Operational & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with IT, field service, and technical support teams for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Lotto systems.
• Monitor system uptime, transaction accuracy, and incident resolution.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track sales performance, system usage, and account profitability.
• Prepare regular performance, compliance, and service reports for management.
• Analyze trends and recommend operational or commercial improvements.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships with outlet owners, operators, and PCSO field offices.
• Represent the company in coordination meetings, training sessions, and briefings.
• Support marketing, trade promotions, and outlet visibility programs (PCSO-approved).

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday (8:30AM-6:30PM)
