Job summary

Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts across the FMCG sector.

You will develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives. Regular travel and long hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Management or its related course.
• With at least 5 years of experience working in sales industry, preferably handling key accounts.
• Must have experience specifically within FMCG/Consumer goods sector.
• Minimum 5+ years of key accounts management experience required.
• Has strong account management and relationship building skills.
• Can travel; willing to work long hours, weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for regular weekly travel.
