Job description

Responsible for managing assigned key accounts to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure excellent execution of business plans and trade activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow assigned key account customers to achieve sales, volume, distribution, and business development plans.
• Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) and conduct regular Business Reviews (BR) with key account customers to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead customer negotiations for promotions, pricing, trade agreements, and annual business plans.
• Ensure excellent execution of retail performance standards, merchandising initiatives, promotional activities, and in-store visibility programs.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend strategic actions.
• Manage and optimize trade investments to ensure efficient utilization and maximum return on investment.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other sales support teams to ensure timely delivery, forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business reports, and account analysis to support management decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of assigned accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and customer requirements.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
• With at least 5 years sales experience handling national key account customers, preferably from top FMCG companies.
• Demonstrated excellent selling and negotiation skills with proven key account management wins.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
